By using GLP-1 Receptionist ("Grace") marketing pages, Get Started, or the customer portal, you agree to these terms on behalf of your practice.

Service

Grace is an AI receptionist for administrative workflows (answering calls, scheduling assist, messaging). Grace is not a clinician and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Accounts & billing

• Plan fees, setup fees, and per–new-patient booking fees are as shown at checkout / order form.
• You authorize payment for selected plan charges and applicable taxes.
• A Business Associate Agreement must be accepted before go-live for voice services that may involve PHI.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Grace in a way that violates law or patient privacy obligations.
