GLP-1 Receptionist ("Grace") is operated by Maps Health Network, LLC. This summary describes how we handle information collected on our marketing site and during Get Started onboarding.

What we collect

• Contact and practice details you submit (name, email, phone, NPI, clinic name).
• Billing information processed by our payment provider when you complete checkout.
• Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• To create your account, process payment, and run onboarding.
• To provide Grace voice and related practice services under our agreements (including a BAA where required).
• To communicate about your account, security, and product updates you request.

PHI

Patient protected health information is handled under HIPAA and our Business Associate Agreement when you use Grace for clinical operations — not as ordinary website analytics.
